2022 Girls Rock Yoga Spring Session

“Girls Rock Yoga Spring Session” will include a series of yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve concentration, games, and making connections with their peers.  A fun activity will be offered at each class. 

Washington Township Recreation “Girls Rock Yoga” is for ages 8-13 and is scheduled to be held on Wednesday’s from April 20 – June 8, 2022 from 5:30-6:30pm at Washington Township Senior Center (RSP) 35, East Springtown Rd., L.V. This eight-week class has a nonrefundable fee due before April 18, 2022.  Registration forms will not be accepted once the classes have begun.
