The Long Valley Mill

The building looms over the bustling Route 24, once called Chester Pike, just east of Long Valley center. At once, upon seeing it, you know that the mill holds a thousand stories and probably a thousand more secrets in its ancient timbers.

Other Information

Code Enforcement

A significant amount of time is spent following up on construction permits that have been issued, where, in most cases, the authorized work has been completed, but the required inspections have not been requested.

All improvements, with few exceptions, are subject to increased assessment regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued or inspections performed. The sole purpose of permits and inspections is for public safety and welfare. Please request a final inspection by contacting our office upon the completion of the work allowed by the construction permit.
