On May 13, 2020 Governor Murphy signed Executive Order 142 permitting resumption of non-essential construction, curbside pickup at non-essential retail businesses, and gatherings in cars.
Provisions relating to non-essential construction and curbside pickup at non-essential retail shall take effect at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020. Rules for gatherings in vehicles are effective immediately.
