2021 Letters to Santa (UPDATE)

The Washington Township Recreation Department has made arrangements with Santa to accept mail for delivery to the North Pole beginning November 22, 2021 and ending on December 23, 2021.

Township youngsters are encouraged to write a letter to Santa not with just a Christmas list but with any achievements they may have accomplished.

Parents may place the letter in the red drop box at the Recreation Department, drop them off on December 18, 2021 between the hours of 5-6:30pm to Santa personally, or email This email address is being protected from spambots. Program Registration Procedure

You may register in in person, online or by mail. The Recreation office is open Monday– Friday 8am-4pm (except summer hours). A registration form must be properly filled out, signed and submitted with your payment and also when processing payments online(receipt must be attached). Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on any of our programs except for the following:

Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by the Recreation Dept.

Refunds will be given for medical issues related to that activity when accompanied by a doctor’s note. A letter in writing must be provided at that time.

All Refunds are done by purchase orders and then checks will be mailed out. It takes three to five weeks to receive a refund. This procedure includes registrations paid by credit card.
