Improving your Mobility Workshop

Are you feeling off balance?  Are you feeling weak?  As we age, these are some of the conditions that we start to have.  Whether you are feeling this way or getting to the age where things are beginning to change this is the perfect opportunity to come participate in our presentation with Therapist Craig Soriano.

Washington Township Recreation Dept. along with Jag-One Physical Therapy is presenting a “Free” light lunch and “Physical Therapy Program” scheduled for Thursday, September 2nd, at the Washington Township Senior Center, 35 East Springtown Road, Long Valley.  This program will be held at 10:00 am.

We are calling all members of the community to participate in this program because it may be a step to preserve your mobility and improve balance. The program will go into joint pain, balance issues, and problems with mobility.  Please take this opportunity to experience some basic practices.

Each participant must fill out a “Covid-19 Waiver Form” that can be found on our website, wtmorris.org, and submit it at the time of registration. Please register by calling the Recreation office at 908.876.5941 or email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  Due to social distancing there is limited space so be sure to register early.  Deadline date is Thursday, August 26, 2021.
