Medicare 101 Zoom Workshop

Washington Township Recreation and Norwescap are coming together and offering a Zoom presentation on Medicare 101. In addition to constant health and Medicare changes, it is imperative that one is aware of all the options provided.

Join us via Zoom, in the comforts of your home, for a FREE overview of Medicare and what it has to offer. Take this opportunity to be informed by a licensed Medicare Counselor and be able to ask questions on updates. The Zoom presentation will take place on Friday, March 5, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Program Registration Procedure

You may register in in person, online or by mail. The Recreation office is open Monday– Friday 8am-4pm (except summer hours). A registration form must be properly filled out, signed and submitted with your payment and also when processing payments online(receipt must be attached). Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on any of our programs except for the following:

Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by the Recreation Dept.

Refunds will be given for medical issues related to that activity when accompanied by a doctor’s note. A letter in writing must be provided at that time.

All Refunds are done by purchase orders and then checks will be mailed out. It takes three to five weeks to receive a refund. This procedure includes registrations paid by credit card.
