Special Delivery to our Community Seniors

The year 2020 is coming to a close and like everything else this year COVID-19 unfortunately will effect, the annual celebration of the holiday season with Washington Township “Senior Holiday Luncheon.” However, instead the WT Recreation and the Town organizations together are creating a free “special” Non-Contact delivery to be sent to all the pre-registered community seniors on Monday, December 7, 2020. Please sign up early for the special delivery because there will be limited registrants.

The REGISTRATION FORM must be filled out completely and submitted to the Recreation office. The form can be sent via email as an attachment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., fax form (908) 876-0029, mailed or dropped off at 50 Rock Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853 before December 2, 2020. Program Registration Procedure

You may register in in person, online or by mail. The Recreation office is open Monday– Friday 8am-4pm (except summer hours). A registration form must be properly filled out, signed and submitted with your payment and also when processing payments online(receipt must be attached). Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on any of our programs except for the following:

Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by the Recreation Dept.

Refunds will be given for medical issues related to that activity when accompanied by a doctor’s note. A letter in writing must be provided at that time.

All Refunds are done by purchase orders and then checks will be mailed out. It takes three to five weeks to receive a refund. This procedure includes registrations paid by credit card.
