New Ordinances Adopted
The following ordinances were adopted at the June 21 Regular Meeting of the Washington Township Committee:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, PROHIBITING THE OPERATION OF ANY CLASS OF CANNABIS BUSINESSES WITHIN ITS GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING CHAPTER 217 OF THE WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP CODE– SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING |
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF POLICE COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT BY THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS, NEW JERSEY AND APPROPRIATING $10,953.09 THEREFOR FROM RESERVES FOR COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FUNDS OF THE TOWNSHIP – SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING |
