Private Well Water Tests Kits Available April 24

The Environmental Commission and Raritan Headwaters Association are holding a well water test kits pickup day in Washington Township. Test kits will be available for pickup at the pavilion at Rock Spring Park near the Senior Center on April 24, 10:00AM -12:00 PM.   Test kits can be returned April 27, 8:00AM – 10:00 AM.

Basic Kit $60. Basic kit includes tests for coliform bacteria, E.coli, and nitrate. 

Arsenic $35. 

Lead $25

Volatile Organic Compounds $95

Radon $50

Gross Alpha $80. Gross Alpha is a test for uranium and radium.
