“Stand Strong” empowers participants to build core and limb strength using body weight exercises and light dumbbells. Designed especially for older adults or those returning to fitness, the class emphasizes posture,mobility, and balance—encouraging everyone to stand tall and move with confidence. Stand tall—no canes, walkers, or sitting allowed. Doctor's note may be required. **No scheduled class on February 16, 2026**
