Executive Order Opening Pools Effective June 22, and Opening Additional Outdoor Recreational Businesses

Governor Murphy signed Executive Order 153 permitting outdoor swimming pools are permitted to open, provided that the pool facility complies with all standards issued by the DOH pursuant and directing the Commissioner of the state Department of Health to issue health and safety standards for use by pool facilities. The order also allows additional outdoor recreational businesses to open with certain requirements.
