In Person Appearances for Marriage Licenses Not Required During Public Health Emergency

Governor Phil Murphy signed Executive Order No. 135 on May 5, suspending in-person requirements for receipt of a marriage license and marriage ceremonies for the duration of the public health emergency. The order also addresses requirements for the receipt of working papers for minors. For details, please read EO-135.
