Letters to Santa

It is important that you read the attached letter from Santa.

The Washington Township Recreation Department has made arrangements with SANTA to accept mail for delivery to the North Pole from November 23 – December 21, 2020. He is encouraging the Township youngsters to write a letter to him. Parents may either place the letter in the red drop box at the Recreation Department, or Letters can be mailed to: Washington Township Recreation, 50 Rock Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853, Attn: Santa Claus.

Program Registration Procedure

You may register in in person, online or by mail. The Recreation office is open Monday– Friday 8am-4pm (except summer hours). A registration form must be properly filled out, signed and submitted with your payment and also when processing payments online(receipt must be attached). Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on any of our programs except for the following:

Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by the Recreation Dept.

Refunds will be given for medical issues related to that activity when accompanied by a doctor’s note. A letter in writing must be provided at that time.

All Refunds are done by purchase orders and then checks will be mailed out. It takes three to five weeks to receive a refund. This procedure includes registrations paid by credit card.
